At Atlantis Games & Comics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the apparel you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the clothing and place it back into its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship to the Vault
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the item is free of wear and tear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
