Base Game:

The Great Wall is a fresh take on Euro / Worker placement type of Board Games. In the game, players take the roles of generals of an ancient Chinese empire who lead the defense against ruthless hordes. Players will gather allied advisors, manage their workers, recruit armies and raise and defend the Great Wall! As the game progresses, you will often need to negotiate and interact with other players but make no mistake – there can be only one winner!

Black Powder Expansion:

Black Powder expansion brings new soldiers, hordes, and war machines to the game. Players will have new powerful options to choose from during play, but the invaders’ threat will also be greater.

The invention of the black powder has changed the battlefields forever. Experience it yourself by employing powerful defensive machines and new units wielding deadly weapons. However, invaders learn fast, and they will use your own technology against you – you’ll have to face fearsome siege engines and their new formidable abilities. 

Stretch Goals Box:

This box contains four expansions that offer new and exciting gameplay options. They are:
Ancient Chronicles - Six new scenarios for competitive and cooperative play, adding a layer of strategy and flavor

Rat expansion - Bring fortune to your chosen location, making it more profitable for all players.
5th player expansion -  Add another player to the base game.

Genghis Khan expansion - Face the formidable leader of the Mongol Empire and earn honor and great rewards if you live up to his expectations.
